Dr Jeff is knowledgeable in advanced Gonstead technique and extremity work. He has conducted numerous health talks in USA, South America, Hong Kong, and Singapore. He specializes in structural corrective care of the spine, mirror imaging corrective care, and has experience with sports injuries and nutritional counseling.
Dr. Jenny Li is America trained female chiropractor who specialises in sports injury, sports performance, and spinal health. She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in United States, upon completion of the her post graduate program she practiced in Hong Kong and currently is practicing in Singapore. Dr. Jenny is also currently a board member of The Chiropractic Associations of Singapore.
Dr. Adam was raised on a family grain and dairy farm in central Ohio (USA). Dr. Adam has an undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine from Wilmington College which makes Dr. Adam highly knowledgeable in the areas of Injury prevention, rehabilitation, sports modalities, soft tissue work, and sports taping/bracing. During his time at Wilmington College Dr. Adam spent 2 years working with the Sports Medicine Team of the Cincinnati Bengals (American Professional Football Team).

About Chiropractic Treatments
While most chiropractic patients do not necessarily need X-rays, chiropractors may either ask for an x-ray or have their authorised partner to conduct an x-ray to determine the type of treatments that you will undergo.
The spinal checkup typically takes 45 minutes, which includes our doctor understanding your detailed health history and any problems that you may be suffering from. Our doctor will also conduct a physical examination and a follow-up visit to go over the doctor’s report.
Rest assure that you will experience little to no pain during the treatment. While you may feel pops and cracks, you will not experience any intense pain.
This depends on your condition. For example, if you are a senior citizen suffering from migraine, an activator treatment would be an ideal choice. This particular treatment makes use of a device called the activator adjusting instrument to gently push the vertebral joint back to its original alignment and prevent further injury.
There is no one-size-fits-all type of chiropractic treatment. The most appropriate treatment will naturally yield the best results for you!
